Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification (submitting your ID and a selfie). If you have an active bonus, ensure the rollover requirements are met before submitting a withdrawal request.

Question 13

Can I withdraw funds to someone else's bank account?

Question 16

What is rollover requirement and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

The rollover requirement (also known as the wagering requirement) is the amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirement is stated in the terms of each bonus.

Question 17

Can I decline a bonus that has been received?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can contact customer support to cancel an unused bonus, provided the rollover requirement has not yet started. Once the first bet using bonus funds has been placed, the bonus can no longer be cancelled. If you do not wish to receive a bonus, inform support when making a deposit and they will process the deposit without a bonus.

Question 18

Why hasn't my bonus been credited to my account?

Accepted Answer

There are several reasons why a bonus may not be credited: the deposit amount does not meet the minimum requirement, the selected promotion has expired, or you already have another active bonus that has not been completed.
